Help and ideas wanted - I have a mate who has just come onto the committee of a Golf Club that looks like going under if it doesn’t raise, say $300k to $400k. This club has an 18-hole course, bistro, and bar, and it is supported by locals. They are lookingg for ideas from you as to how they raise funds. I suggest (as an example) that they make a call of arms to the town and start a go-fund-me type of campaign where anyone who donates $50 or more gets 2 free drinks at the bar. A go-fund-me-type campaign would allow others from outside the area to donate as well. Please send me your suggestions so that I can pass them on. Send to [email protected] or 0427 100 900
Today’s Trends - For some, the downgrading of Grain dues to the rain hasn’t been as bad as expected.
What things sold - Netwrap, Culti Packer, Boomsprays, Sheep Auto Drafter, Tractors, Lupins, Millet, Diesel Tanks, Rams, Sheep Yards, Plot Harvester, and Vetch Hay.
Try our New Payment System (NPS) - Ask about our NPS, it gives you insurance and assurance as both a seller and a buyer. We handle the payment, take it into our account and make sure both parties are happy before settlement. To find out more talk to one of the staff or email [email protected]

Listings of the Week - Concrete Infill Modular Weighbridge
Fertiliser Update - Are you ready for the 2025 season? Get in touch to discuss your Fertiliser requirements now! With India’s increased demand in Nitrogen and the drop in the AUD, Urea has gone from $680.00 per tonne to $720.00 within a couple of weeks ex all ports. We have access to Urea at $705.00 per tonne ex Geelong, Brisbane and Newcastle. The AP prices have stabilised, MAP remains at $1,100,00 and DAP, $1,115.00 per tonne. MAP supply for Jan/Feb is very tight and we anticipate the same for March/April as we near the end of the year. Gran AM is $440.00 per tonne. Single Super has also seen little change over the last couple of months at $430.00 per tonne. We continue to urge farmers to be on the front foot and lock in required fertiliser in advance.
Chemical Update - The Glyphosate prices remain steady, we anticipate that both 450 ($4.10 per litre) and 540 ($5.10 per litre) strength will be in short supply. We have access to shuttles out of depos Australia Wide. The price of Paraquat is $3.60 per litre, we have access to some at $3.40 per litre. Trifluralin is $6.10 per litre but in very short supply. Please get in touch to secure your chemical requirements. (Please note that all prices listed are Ex GST)
