Is this the future of bringing young people into Ag. We have one of our customers looking for someone to partner up with. Take a read below, and if you are interested in knowing more, send me an email to [email protected] and I will pass it on.

Partner/Investor, We are putting the feelers out there to see if there is an option/opportunity with an investor or the likes to do something with us. A couple of the ideas we were thinking of are below, but we are also open to learning from others.

A Partner or investor already in the Ag space that would see value in here for Cattle options re feeding/finishing their own stock here in containment? (Us doing all the work)

Possibly, someone already in this space wants to wind down but still has a hand in the game and put together a succession/exit plan for down the track for here and or maybe a property or business they already have that could work together.

Subdivide up to half of the property and sell it with a lease back and the first option to purchase again in 8-10 years. We would have to work on market figures and lease rates as we would still be building the value of that area as we go (Lucerne renovation and building a better sand profile with fodder crops and liquid Ferts, etc).

Aim for this would help us maintain momentum through this drought period and allow us to continue the pasture renovation program, set up better for containment feeding and position the business better for the future and or to purchase the balance of land back if sold.

We, as a young family, have the drive and passion to build this business and property to a much more productive and resilient level. We are interested in discussing options and finding someone we can work with for everyone’s benefit.

Today’s Trends - We are starting to see some sale momentum build again after the Christmas/New Year period.
