The Harry Bourchier Files (Part 1) - We will have part 2 out by the end of the week, so jump in and have a listen to part 1 here. Harry and Gwen Bourchier were Farmers of note, with Harry buying his first Farm in the 1930s. They bought and sold many Farms throughout their Farming career, and when it came time to give the Farming game away, they went about setting up their 9 children. A great lesson in succession at scale. It's a fascinating story, and the three attributes that come to mind when I think about Harry's Farming career were: He was bold, he took big risks, and he was confident he could deliver. Today’s Trends - We are noticing a lot more Feed Grain coming onto the market.Hay is still a hot item with many contemplating a few month of feeding ahead. Machinery listings are picking up and sales are heading in the right direction too.
What things sold - Tractors, Lupins, Full Sheepyard Set, Barley Hay, GPS Equipment, Bulldozer Tracks, Annual Ryegrass Seed, Oat Seed, Oaten Hay, Wheaten Straw, and Vetch Hay,
