What was in this mornings edition of The Farmers Club.We have our latest podcast out behind the paywall featuring Jonathan Lillie, who is co-running the 77-year-old Fox and Lillie business, which turns over around $400 million a year. It’s an inspiring story. Subscribe, and I will send it to you.
We will have a preview podcast out in the next day or so.
These entrepreneurial Ag stories (the Fox and Lillie one) need to be told, as I don’t think we celebrate the achievers enough in our industry. 77 years in business in a couple of different industries, taking lots of risks is no mean feat.
People are in hysterics about the Coalition ditching net zero, and I’m not sure why. It’s simple now, vote for the party where your net zero allegiances lie. We wrote a story about it today.
On the net zero thing, one person said this: “The only thing I love about these sorts of issues is the fact that one way or another we will get to see the results”. He is spot on.
We all know people who have the ability to do deals. We outlined two people who have never had jobs, but have made a living out of doing deals in an article this morning. One of the above-mentioned people wants to pay someone to enter his business, and he will mentor that person on how to do the deals. If you want to learn the art of doing deals or know someone who might be interested, send the details through to me and I will pass them on.
Remember this: it’s not about the content we deliver; it’s about what the content can do for you.
Have a great Monday and subscribe to start your day fully informed.
