CHRISTMAS MESSAGE 🎄
As mentioned, this will be our last Newsletter for 2025. We will kick off again on Monday 5th January 2026.
As another year draws to an end, I would sincerely like to thank each and every one of you - our members, for being part of Farm Tender. Thank you for continuing to bring us along on your farming journey and, at times, into your lives as more than just business associates, but also as friends and mates.
Our team and our business thrive on helping you and doing our very best to achieve the results you want, whether you’re buying or selling. We (along with many others) know Farming is all about having a good, honest relationship with those you are dealing with and trusting in them, that is so important in any avenue of life, we need trust.
There are many things in today’s online world that can be automated or handled by AI (and they have their place for certain things), I firmly believe - and see every day - that nothing beats being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone. Sometimes it might be a quick call or text to get straight to the point, but more often than not, it turns into a conversation about more than farming - it’s about football, it’s about netball, it’s about the local pub or what’s been happening in your life - it’s about health - it’s about the struggles of individuals and communities - it’s about family - and that is exactly how should be about.
As we head into 2026, I’d love to see more involvement from you, our members on the Farm Tender site. Tell us what you think is working, tell us what isn’t, tell us what you would like to see more of or less of - your feedback and input helps us continue to improve and serve you better.
Thank you again for choosing Farm Tender and letting us be part of your farming journey.
Whatever you’re doing over the coming days, we wish you well. Have a merry, safe and enjoyable Christmas and New Year, be kind to yourself and we look forward to working with you again in 2026.
Merry Christmas!
The Farm Tender Team 🎄
Note: Outside of the Public Holidays we will have staff on deck to help you out, please keep an eye on the website to see who’s on. If there is anything urgent, please don’t hesitate to give me a call on 0419 210 720.
TODAY’S TRENDS

What was in this mornings edition of The Farmers Club. When you are a Farmer, and you export 100,000 Lambs under your own brand, you are doing something pretty unique. It's a blueprint the Sheep and Lamb industry should follow. We wrote about it today.
I heard a good one the other day on a podcast I was listening to. The interviewee said: "How come when a bird shits on the window, do we only ever notice the birdshit after that?" We wrote today about how this very situation relates to Farming.
We wrote the other day about how some people can fill a room with their own energy. The example we gave was Simon Quilty, whose inspiring and energised talks get people walking out a foot taller. We wrote about a lady who was a podcast guest and had the same effect. It's a great skill to have.
We have outlined that 2026 will be about refining your information so you can make the best business and personal decisions possible. That information you're after might or might not include ours; we'll let you be the judge of that. 2026 is the time to stop the endless scrolling.
We have become big fans of the power of compounding and how we can use it to help us stay on the green line (see below). Constant learning and keeping up with the flow of information are essential parts of running a Farming or Ag business these days. Constant learning compounds and pays you back. Remember, compounding can work in the opposite direction. It might be about something you are not doing that leads you to fall behind (red line).
Have a great Tuesday, and subscribe to compound that knowledge and turn it into wisdom.

From Episode 23 onwards, our podcasts can only be heard if you are a paid subscriber to The Farmers Club. Sign up here.
