  • As Farmers we place a big emphasis on production, and we are getting very good at it. You see it in the Grains industry where we have an oversupply of Grain worldwide, and it puts pressure on prices. We saw an interesting post over the weekend about how a sector of the Cattle industry does it very differently, and there are lessons from that. We wrote a story about it today.

  • A Sheep and Wool industry stalwart backed up what we said in an article about promoting and marketing things as “sustainable”. He has tried it, and it doesn’t work. AWI is still heading down this path and has pissed up millions on campaigns that have had very little cut-through. Also, Ag marketing guru Dan Schultz outlines another reason why words like sustainable don’t work. We wrote about it today.

  • We wrote a story last week about a mate who has a thriving freight and logistics business at a time when the industry is struggling. He was brought up on a Farm and got one of his key ideas from what he witnessed growing up. It’s a story of success, and we wrote about it today.

  • Ag doesn’t sleep, and just because it’s a weekend, doesn’t mean there isn’t anything going on. You know that. Today, we have 99 snippets of invaluable information from the weekend. Now, we think our content is pretty good, but we know that you will be the judge of that and that you are only interested in what the information we present can do for you.

  • Have a great Monday, and subscribe to keep yourself fully informed.
