Not sure on Pricing - Try Phil - We often say that biggest concern for Farmers when selling stuff is that they don’t get paid. That’s fair enough. But the other big thing that makes sellers nervous is pricing their items.

They worry if they go too low, they will miss out on some $$, and if they go too high, they will have little chance of selling.

So, to get it somewhere near right, we need an educated 3rd party opinion. That’s where Phil Rowntree comes in. Phil is employed by Farm Tender and has 30 years experience in the Dealership game. In that time he has priced thousands of Machinery and Equipment items. He has a formula that he has developed.

If you want to engage Phil to help you price your items, here are the rules:
1) Phil specialises in Tractors, Windrowers, Air Seeders, Headers, Balers, etc. Broadacre stuff.
2) We will set a limit that he only prices these above-mentioned items that are roughly around or over $50k.
3) We would expect that we get the opportunity to list the priced items.
4) It would only be remote pricing, using photos, videos and a chat over the phone.
