Welcome back 101…. - If you have voicemail issues, do this. It worked for me. I was told we have two voicemails, one on the iPhone and the other is the Telstra one, and this is what caused the issue. I simply deleted the visual voicemail one, which is the iPhone, which was always delayed.
If you follow the below, it will sort it all out within 30 seconds, and all your voicemails will come through straight away. Text this number, 144 (if numbers come up, just click on the +, and they will disappear). And in the message, type “VVM OFF”. Then, if you want to get your voicemails as a text, add “Audio on”. See the picture below. The job will be sorted, and you can go back to the old 101. Thank you, Darren, for sending this through; you’ve made my day and hopefully a lot of others. **Please forward this on** Reply to [email protected]
Cost of Living Marking - I was at our Family Farms, and my brother said that it now costs about $10 in tags, vaccinations, rings, gas, etc. to mark a Lamb. He said the Gudair vaccination alone is something like $3:80 a pop.
But then this is the gold-plated steak knife bit. If you are DNA testing, then add around $26, which takes it to roughly $36 a head. For me, this data collection for ASBVs is getting out of control. Ben is doing around 2200 Lambs a year. What is marking costing you? Reply to [email protected]
The Farmers Club headlines - Our 3 topics tomorrow are:

2) Harry Bourchier was a Farming legend. Here’s a great story…
3) Hear the back story of Rural Property guru Danny Thomas and the day it all clicked for him.

Fertiliser Update - With India set to accept a 1million tonne Tender, this will absorb excess stock from September/October and stabilize the price. Currently $680.00 per tonne, with the hope that the price would get back down to low $600.00 per tonne. This looks unlikely in the near future. We still have access to stock ex Brisbane, Geelong and Newcastle at $665.00 per tonne. Stocks are getting low at this price, so please get in touch as soon as possible to lock it in at this price. No change in price for MAP at $1,065.00 per tonne and DAP $,1080.00 per tonne. Supply is still expected to be tight on both products. We continue to encourage those that will require MAP or DAP between now and the end October into November, to get in touch and secure now to avoid missing out. We have access to MAP at $1,055.00 per tonne and DAP at $1,075.00 per tonne. Granulock Z is available at $1,150.00 per tonne ex Geelong and Portland, $1,170.00 per tonne ex Brisbane and Newcastle, $1,160.00 per tonne ex Adelaide. There is varied availability out of each port. Single Super stays steady at $430.00 per tonne ex Newcastle, Geelong and Portland and $450.00 per tonne ex Adelaide. We have access to prompt stock at $425.00 per tonne ex Newcastle and Geelong.
Chemical Update - We have current stock available for Glyph 450 at $4.00 per litre and Glyp 540 at $5.00 per litre. Please get in touch to secure now before the price goes up. We have prompt stock available out of various locations in most states. Please give us a call to discuss any Chemical requirements.
