Filling in time - I had a 3-hour round trip in the Ute today to Ballarat and back. I enjoy these opportunities for a bit of a run and get out of the office for a while. I also see it as an opportunity to listen to a podcast or two. And that I did. I also got to see the Potatoe Harvest in full swing around the Ballarat region. I think the Potatoe guys are doing alright, I'm told.

The podcast on the way over was Boots on Log Off, hosted by David Egerton-Warburton of Agrimaster fame. The guest was Ram K Savana, who is a Time-Freedom Coach for Farmers. Ram has a very interesting back story and hardly a traditional one for someone who is advising and consulting Farmers. Take a listen here. Ram outlines that some of the time, as Farmers, we gravitate to just filling in time.

David explains here: "Ram advocates for a paradigm shift in Farmers mindset, emphasising the pursuit of time freedom alongside financial success. From envisioning family well-being to trusting the process of transformation, Ram offers invaluable wisdom for Farmers navigating the complexities of modern Agriculture".

It's a fascinating listen and proves that with a few mindset tweaks, we can get our Farming and personal lives in balance, which enables us to embark on a journey towards reclaiming time and achieving true fulfilment in the Agricultural sector.
